The Diablo Athletic Club's mission is to provide an opportunity for the Asian youth to participate in a basketball program that allows them to develop solid basketball fundamentals, build self-confidence and a sense of involvement within the Asian community. Diablo also strives to instill the core values of sportsmanship, integrity, commitment, and team work which ultimately leads to lifelong friendships and memories to pass on to our future generations.
Diablo Participates in the EBYAL (East Bay Youth Athletic League) and EBGAL (East Bay Girls Athletic League) and competes against various teams in the East Bay.

Youth Basketball
Youth Basketball is for children (boys and girls), age 5 to 18. Here is the breakdown:
EE - co-ed (kindergarten - 1st grade)
E - boys, girls, co-ed (2nd - 4th grade)
D - boys and girls (5th - 6th grade)
C - boys and girls (7th - 9th grade)
B - boys (10th - 12th grade)
Signups are in May for the following season and practices generally begin in early October, after teams have been organized and coaches selected. Games typically run from December to end of February with League playoffs and championship games right after the season for the C and B divisions.
